Does 4COVR PoE cameras require a monthly fee as other brands ?
No, 4COVR cameras and NVR system has no subscription needed. All services are free once products are arrived to your hands.No worry about it.
What are the way to remote view and playback?
The most popular method for this is by using mobile app, named "Remoteyess" to reach the camera directly. But if you attach the cameras to 4COVR NVRs for centrallized management, the mobile app will be "Guard Viewer" to launch.Both are free to download from google play and app store. it's up to you.
How does it store the recordings ? need to buy a NVR ?
Yes, this series of camera has no Micro SD slot for local storage, it has to connect to external storage devices for continouse recordings, NVR is an optimal choice.
What Kinds of Ethernet Cable should it work with ?
It would be better to use CAT5 or higher standard cables for better data and power tranmission
Is my camera suitable for outdoor use, and what level of weather resistance does it offer?
