We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed, but you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy and any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may purchase products for personal, household, or business use. You may not resell or export products without our prior written authorization.

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or arrives with missing items, contact us. We will assist you in checking the shipment or submitting a claim to the carrier, and will review the matter based on the available information and applicable law.

This section applies to Agents accessing the Services directly. It does not prohibit a customer from normally browsing the Services or using an assistive tool while browsing.

Section 15 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have engaged in fraud, unlawful conduct, a security risk, or a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

Termination of access does not eliminate rights or obligations relating to an order already placed or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, privacy, governing law, and any amounts owed.

4COVR products are monitoring tools. They are not a guarantee that a crime, loss, damage, or other event will be prevented or detected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted recording or that every event will be captured. Recording and remote access may depend on power, network connectivity, storage capacity, product configuration, and other conditions. You are responsible for installing and using surveillance equipment in compliance with applicable laws.

Section 17 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HONGKONG GUOWEI SECURITY CO., LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer rights or remedies.

Section 18 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HONGKONG GUOWEI SECURITY CO., LIMITED, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful or intentionally wrongful conduct in connection with the Services, or your material violation of these Terms.
