Product & Usage
Will the camera system be hacked easily ?
We think no, since all data are saved locally, but not absolutely. The user would modify the defult password,better to diable Upnp if no need the remote accees via internet. Meanwhile isolate the network level between the office and security system, it will prevent the hacked incident happened. Don't forget to upgrade the firmware perodically,probably it fixed the security bugs.
Why should i use PoE to replace Wi-Fi?
That is really a good question. Actually wired system is more stable for data tranmission than Wireless. specially 4K or more video streaming. it needs the high bandwidth with stable channel. Additionaly, it normally exists the signal blind-spot in the wide area, it limits the camera installation extreamly. PoE,as a new solution for wired security camera system, it simplifies the installation and without maintenance almost.
Can the NVR system support simultaneous access from multiple viewer?
Yes, max 128 users for remote view
How many channels of playback and what search modes?
it's determined by the NVR model and performance ,please see the data sheet to find out. all recordins can be searched by Time/Date, Channels, Events,etc.
How do I playback recordings?
Stored footage on the recorder can be accessed remotely using the compatible app or on the recorder itself. Refer to your recorder's manual for playback instructions.
